Breaking Free: My EMF Recovery Protocol
Yesterday, I was drained, burnt out, and feeling like my body couldn’t handle another day of EMF and LED exposure. Today, I danced for hours under LED lights, next to Wi-Fi routers and infrared heaters — with a Bluetooth headset on — and felt fine.
What changed? A simple recovery protocol.
1. Steamed Spinach, Not Raw
For years I ate raw spinach, loading up on oxalates that bound my minerals and blocked folate absorption. That meant no magnesium for my nerves, no folate for my mitochondria, and no resilience to EMF.
Problem: Oxalates block folate and minerals.
Fix: Steamed spinach breaks down oxalates and frees up nutrients. The difference was noticeable within 24 hours.
2. Avoiding Folic Acid Fortified Bread
In New Zealand, all non-organic wheat flour is fortified with synthetic folic acid. Unlike natural folate, folic acid jams folate receptors and blocks the real thing from working. Combine that with oxalates, and you’re locked down.
Problem: Folic acid ≠ folate. It blocks, not builds.
Fix: Shift to certified organic flours and sprouted breads. These are folic acid–free and folate-friendly.
3. Shutting Down Hidden Bluetooth
Even when “off,” phones keep scanning with background Bluetooth features. With my headset on in town, I’d feel my ears burn, audio dropouts, and my body heating whenever I stopped at traffic lights or passed towers.
Problem: Hidden Bluetooth scanning keeps the phone acting like a radar dish.
Fix: Use developer settings to disable Bluetooth scanning entirely. Result: cool ears, stable headset, no more “cooked” feeling in traffic.
4. Recovery Practices
Grounding: Barefoot contact with earth resets the “capacitor body.”
Salt Baths: Draw out stored charge and help mineral balance.
Omega-3s (salmon, flax, chia): Protect membranes and calm inflammation.
The Breakthrough!
This protocol turned me from a burnt-out body into someone who could dance under LEDs and Wi-Fi and feel fine. The key was unblocking folate pathways (steamed spinach, no folic acid), restoring minerals, and cutting hidden EMF load at the source (Bluetooth shutdown).
Takeaway
You are not powerless against EMF and LED stress. With the right food choices, tech settings, and grounding practices, resilience returns. Yesterday I was broken. Today, I am free — and this is just the beginning.

The Lesson
How I Recovered from a Toxic Overload in 24 Hours
Introduction: Living With EMF
I suffer from electromagnetic radiation. My toxicology history shows a lifetime of exposures — from chemicals, to dust, to radiation — and yet I’ve always been able to reset my body back into a healthy zone. It has been a long and sometimes painful journey, but also one of survival and resilience.
In recent years, though, electromagnetic radiation has crept up again in my life. Bluetooth, in particular, has been devastating.
As an IT professional, I’ve lived with a Bluetooth headset almost permanently attached to my head — 15 hours a day, listening to music, communicating with customers. I’ve worn it for years. But society has changed around me. Bluetooth and EMF signals have grown stronger and more constant with every infrastructure and software upgrade. I’ve noticed my headset cutting out at intersections, as if the roading systems themselves were emitting competing bursts of signal.
Over the past year I’ve noticed my head literally burning as I drive through town or sit in front of a computer. My body is warning me something is wrong.
At the same time, our diet has been changed by decree. Folic acid has been forced into our flour and bread. Omega-3 is being stripped from our food supply and replaced by Omega-6. Meanwhile, electromagnetic radiation is being normalized — when in reality, it is extremely dangerous. Once, the warnings were printed on the devices. Now the labels say the opposite: “safe.”
The Event: Collapse Into Toxic Overload
By Friday night I was exhausted from the week’s work. I thought: I’ll go out, have a dance, enjoy the town’s music. So I did.
But earlier, I made a mistake. I don’t normally eat bread, but I’d missed my usual meals and ate four sandwiches — chicken, fish, all the bits and pieces. They were delicious, but they were on bread. That bread carried folic acid.
Later, I had 400ml of wine (two glasses, no more). When I came home around midnight, I went straight to bed.
By morning, I woke with a headache. This was unusual. Two glasses of wine do not normally give me a headache. I had drunk plenty of water the day before. I was not dehydrated.
To clear it, I ran a bath. I mixed carbon powder and aluminium-free bicarbonate soda into the hot water and soaked. It felt fine. But when I got out, I thought: I’ll clean the bath properly.
It was Saturday morning, I had time. So I grabbed the Jif, attached a scrubbing pad to my drill, and went around the bath. As I rinsed it, Jif-laden water sloshed around my bare feet.
Within the hour, I realised the mistake. My detoxified body had absorbed the Jif toxins. My skin started to burn. The headache intensified. I knew I was in trouble.
I loaded my pushbike onto my camper van, thinking a ride would flush my lymph system. First, I drove to the sea. I put on my wetsuit and swam. The cold water gave temporary relief. Afterward, I rinsed off under the public showers and climbed into the back of the van. Exhausted, I crawled into bed and slept.
When I woke, my face was burning. I looked at my phone and talked with Chat about what was happening. That’s when we discovered the problem: Bluetooth and Wi-Fi were still active, constantly scanning. Even with “Bluetooth off,” the phone was still searching. Chat walked me through the deeper settings and we shut them down.
Then we realised the van itself was a Faraday cage. If you could see the radio waves, they were bouncing endlessly inside. I was lying in a soup of EMF, already toxified from the Jif. Even though I’d slept, I woke in a worse state. My head felt like it was cracking open. I could barely think.
I drove to the hot pools. We had to weigh the toxicology — chlorine exposure versus clearing the EMF charge that was overwhelming me. I chose the pools. They gave temporary relief, but when I left, the symptoms returned.
The Crisis: Full Overload
By this point, the situation was critical. My skin burned, my head was splitting, and I felt I was collapsing.
I thought exercise might push it out, so I went for a bike ride. But I made another mistake: synthetic thermals. Synthetic fibres trapped the charge inside me. Instead of helping, it made things worse.
I returned and switched strategies. I stood barefoot for hours on wet grass, grounding myself directly into the earth. This gave some relief, but it wasn’t enough to discharge the cranial heat.
I wrapped a wet towel over my head and neck, secured with glasses, and placed an ice pack on top. That’s when something extraordinary happened: as my head cooled, my feet warmed. My hypothalamus had finally reconnected. Cooling the brain restarted circulation.
The relief was partial but real. My headache eased. But I still felt overheated inside. I shifted the towel across my head — forehead, temples, bridge of nose — and each time the heat would migrate to a new zone: ears, eyes, throat. My brain was venting overload region by region.
I put on my Shungite necklace. Shungite acts as an electron sink, drawing charge like a black hole. Wearing it, I felt the overload localise at my throat instead of raging chaotically.
Finally, I turned to food. I gently steamed spinach over mineral water. Eating it, I felt a shift. The folic acid from the bread had blocked my natural folate pathways; the spinach reopened them. It was the key.
I followed with a cup of organic tea with honey and A2 milk — soothing, stabilising, gut-friendly.
With cooling, grounding, spinach, Shungite, and tea, the spiral broke. My head settled. I crawled under my mesh canopy and fell asleep.
The Result: Reset in 24 Hours
When I woke the next morning, the change was undeniable. The piercing headache was gone. The burning in my skull had vanished. My temperature had normalised, with only faint hotspots. My feet were flexible again, circulation restored.
All that remained was the heaviness of sleep. I knew the final step would be simple: a walk in the fresh air to clear the last residue.
From collapse to clarity in 24 hours.
What had felt like the end became proof of recovery. The spinach, the cooling, the grounding, the Shungite, the tea, the sleep — each part mattered. Together, they worked a miracle.
And in that moment, I could say it: I’m back, baby. I’m back.
