Is it a 'Hate Crime' to keep defining people as Antivaxxers?

  • Would it be OK for me to refer to you by the size of your body?
  • If you were of a different skin colour, would it be OK to call you by the colour of your skin?
  • If you didn't have the same level of education to me, would it be OK if I called you dumb?
No it wouldn't. In fact it would be illegal and I would never do this. So why is it being allowed, even encouraged?

From the Police's web page...

  1. A hate crime is an offence perceived by the victim, (Offence Qualified)
  2. or any other person (Offence Qualified)
  3. to be motivated by
    1. hostility or prejudice towards a person’s
      1. race
      2. religion (Offence Qualified)
      3. sexual orientation
      4. gender identity
      5. disability
      6. age.
  4. A hate incident is an act perceived to be motivated by hate for these characteristics (Offence Qualified)
  5. but doesn’t meet the threshold of being considered a crime (Offence Qualified)
  6. Hate crimes and hate incidents can encompass a broad range of acts, including
    1. threatening behaviour (Offence Qualified)
    2. harassment (Offence Qualified)
    3. verbal abuse (Offence Qualified)
    4. online abuse (Offence Qualified)
    5. criminal damage
    6. assault (Offence Qualified)
    7. sexual violence.
Lets break this down...

The radio stations seem to be the biggest culprit for treating people who have a different religion/belief.

So which Minister can represent this case to Parliament?

Good afternoon Priyanca

I want to open a dialog to discuss a hate crime that is growing in New Zealand and I believe it is your portfolio that covers this subject.

Are you the correct Minister to Represent Us?
To help us determine if you are the correct minister, I have looked up the definition of Ethnicity:
"An ethnic group or an ethnicity is a grouping of people who identify with each other on the basis of shared attributes that distinguish them from other groups. Those attributes can include common sets of traditions, ancestry, language, history, society, culture, nation, religion, or social treatment within their residing area."

Based on this definition, my group appears to qualify as an Ethnicity and so I am reassured that it is your ministerial responsibility to represent us.

What is the Crime being allowed to happen in Aotearoa?
Since Oct 23, 2021  when PM Jacinda Ardern told NZ Herald’s deputy political editor Derek Cheng about the freedoms the unvaccinated would miss out on, she also defined that there would now be two classes of people in New Zealand.

Since this announcement, the media in particular, have been extremely derogatory, rude, and in their actions; promoted 'hate and loathing' in their words, actions, and tone, towards anyone who was part of the PM's singled out group.

How many people are being affected by this crime?

According to the latest stats
3,982,521 people have had the second injection of the as of yet, not fully tested drug called the mRNA serum. I cannot find the actual figures of those who have not taken the drug yet but according to the MOH website, this 3,982,521 represents 90.2% of the eligible population. So by extrapolation the number of un-injected people sits at 432,690 and this is the minority culture who are being persecuted.

This includes men, women, and children from all religions, color, and creed.

Supporting Evidence
I have a great deal of evidence to support this claim which I will provide to the correct department.

I look forward to your reply.
