Omicron is replacing Delta and may soon wipe out Delta. The benefit of this is that omicron will naturally wipe out the virus.
Omicron is the new Covid-19 Variant and it is very infectious.
But the good news is that the symptoms are mild, and at this time, there have been no deaths from the variant.
Totally different symptoms
- Can be easily missed
- Body aches and pains
- Muscle pains
- Headache
- Tiredness (1 to 2 days)
- Slight sore throat
- No severe cough
- No runny nose
- Decrease in patients coming to doctors
Hospitalizations, 99% unvaccinated HOWEVER...
The people coming into hospital are coming in for other reasons and nothing to do with the virus.
As per standard operating procedures, people are coming into the hospital with injuries or illness, being tested and found to have omicron BUT they did not come in because of the virus... that is very good news :)
