Best we get ready. We are soon to find out which is best:

  • Natural Immunity
  • Artificial Immunity
  • No Immunity

There may not be enough time to get vaxxed or boosted and some of us think we are already immune.

I cannot tell you what to do but you can certainly change your diet, irrespective of your position:

  1. Drop sugar and any sugar products
  2. Drop milk
  3. Use coconut oil or olive oil for cooking
  4. Eat more vegies
  5. Eat salads
  6. Drink at least one glass of water a day


  1. Eat Sauerkraut daily
  2. Get in the sun and allow your body to absorb the rays without overdoing it
  3. Eat goat cheese and free range eggs
  4. Learn to eat one meal a day
  5. Sleep and relax

I am reminded that 'the true nature of all things will prevail". mRNA or Nature?

Let's hope both.
